Huawei baru saja mengumumkan mengenai keberadaan ponsel Windows Phone 8 pertamanya, ponsel pintar tersebut adalah Huawei W1, Smartphone Windows Phone 8 Dengan CPU Dual-Core, Layar 4 Inci. Secara resmi pun mereka menjelaskan secara rinci mengenai spesifikasi Huawei W1.
Huawei W1 dibekali dengan layar sentuh IPS LCD berukuran 4 inci yang menawarkan resolusi WVGA 480 x 800 pixels plus mitotouch 4 poin sentuhan. Layarnya dilapisi oleh Gorilla Glass sebagai pelindung. Bentangan dimensi nya seluas 124.5 x 63.7 x 10.5 mm dan bobotnya seberat 130gram.
Sedangkan untuk penunjang performanya, Huawei W1 dibekali dengan prosesor Dual-core 1.2 GHz Krait milik Qualcomm MSM8230 Snapdragon yang dipadukan dengan RAM sebesar 512MB dan GPU Adreno 305 yang akan semakin mendobrak kinerja performa. Di sisi jaringannya HP ini sudah mendukung 3G, EDGE dan GPRS juga tidak ketinggalan dengan Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, micro USB 2.0 sebagai pelengkap konektivitas.
Fasilitas kameranya 5 M beresolusi 2592Ñ…1944 pixels dengan sederet fitur menarik yang megiringi nya seperti autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection dan perekaman video HD 720p. Di depan bodi juga ditambahkan kamera dengan resolusi VGA. Memori penyimpanan datanya sebesar 4GB plus microSD maksimal 32GB.
